This is my favorite picture of London, the old (Big Ben), the new (The London Eye), big red buses, small cars, cleaning scaffolding (every where in London, they do take care of their buildings. We we said our good bye to London, with one wild ride to the air port, to begin our adventure home.

Airports
We were not able to get on the flight to Denver from London, the earlier flight to Chicago was cancelled but we did get first class on the flight to San Francisco an hour later. Let me tell you first class is the only way to travel. It was SO COOL (Andy told me not to expect it again). They feed us two gourmet meals, along with drinks, warm nuts, warm hand towels, and I watched 3 movies on my own video screen on the way home (Sherlock Holmes, The Young Victoria, and The Blind Side) .
We were not able to get a flight to Denver out of San Francisco, so we got a hotel, we were asleep at 8:30 pm (California time, 4:30 am London time, we had been up since 7:30am the day before...confussing...all I know was I could not stay awake any longer ). We woke up early 3:30 am California time, ate breakfast later and headed to the airport at 8:30 a.m. , after waiting through two flights we finally got the last 3 seats on the 12:44 flight to Denver. Then in Denver we got on the last flight to Kansas City, after sitting through a couple full flights and finally made it to our house at 12:15 a.m. Friday.
It was a Once in a Lifetime Trip, and I had such a great time, but it is so good to be home, and jet lag sucks (well at least when you are also trying to get over a cold at the same time).
